"These guys do not understand the difference between upselling and proper sales. Every time I had a question or concern about my car insurance, they always want to sell life insurance. To make it more emotional, they make you imagine multiple death scenarios. They pretend they are your “risk advisors”. I gladly switched agents because I still like SF."

"Employees are incompetent. Attempted to add another vehicle to our policy, and the woman handling it dropped my car off the policy for no reason. She left the other vehicles on there. She obviously can't do her job, but they let her have access to your accounts to mess them up. The only reason I noticed was because I got on to pay the policy a vehicle and found it missing. They made me waste 45 minutes of my life on hold with corporate to just for them to tell me they don't know why she did it. I would never use them again. They need to consider new work that doesn't involve using their brains."
